Corporations have manufactured a structure of law that insulates them from community control over aerial pesticide spray, privatization of public water, or corporate development. Kitsap, Washington, residents host CELDF’s Northwest community organizer Kai Huschke in this presentation. Huschke explains how the corporate state functions, how communities are organizing to frontally challenge it, and how this path to liberation is building a Community Rights movement. Communities across the U.S are rejecting state-sanctioned corporate harms as they work to build healthy, resilient communities.
