Exeter, NH residents are working with CELDF to secure their right to a healthy climate through local rights-based lawmaking. Community members committed to protecting their natural environment formed the Citizen Action for Exter’s Environment group. They are organizing about the need to protect the environment and to adopt a community rights-based ordinance (RBO) that will secure their right to a healthy climate. As part of their outreach, they are screening We the People 2.0. CELDF’s New Hampshire community organizer Michelle Sanborn will be part of a Q&A following the screening. The screening is co-hosted by Citizen Action for Exter’s Environment and the New Hampshire Community Rights Network.
