Lancaster County, PA, community members face a number of environmental and social justice issues, including the Atlantic Sunrise pipeline project, LGBTQ+ rights, immigration, and prisoner rights. CELDF’s Chad Nicholson, Malinda Harnish Clatterbuck, and Ben Price, are teaching Democracy School, exploring the limits of conventional regulatory organizing and offering a new organizing model that helps community members confront the usurpation by corporations of the rights of communities, people, and earth.
