Community Rights Lane County is proud to announce that we are the recipient of the Eugene Springfield Solidarity Network (ESSN) 2016 Community Service Award for our “faithful and dedicated service in the fight against injustice”.
The Eugene Springfield Solidarity Network (ESSN) is a grass-roots organization with a long history of activism on labor and social justice issues. They bring labor unions, religious congregations, student groups and community organizations and activists together to support the civil and economic rights of all working people – especially the right to a decent standard of living, the right to a stable job, and the right to organize.
We are grateful for this award and feel fortunate to stand with ESSN, as we, collectively, remain dedicated to the fight for a better world.
